JLink Error: Can not read register XX (XXX) while CPU is running. Other debugging mode exceptions can also refer to the following analysis.
Common problems: 1. In order to reuse the JTAG port as a normal port in the program, it is equivalent to disabling the JTAG port.
　　　　　2. The JTAG IO port is affected by other pins, such as being indirectly connected to other IO ports, grounded, or pulled high. This problem is more hidden and needs careful analysis.
