Battery interface problem [Copy link]

I am making a wearable device, and the battery does not use the BTB interface because the cost is relatively high. I want to ask, if the two wires of the battery are directly soldered to the circuit board, is there any problem? I saw that some devices seem to do this. If I use that kind of small white head, will the power supply contact be unstable when exercising?

It can be directly soldered to the board. It is more convenient and flexible to use a connector. As long as the quality is good, vibration will not cause it to loosen. If the vibration is very severe, you can add glue to increase the strength.  Details Published on 2019-3-20 23:53

In fact, there are many equipment and technologies that can be used as reference. You can prove it by doing a regular exercise test with something.

Where the battery wires are welded may not be important, but the key is to fix them to prevent vibration and loosening.
