IP5209:
IP5209 is a 2.1A charging and 2.4A discharging integrated DCP function mobile power SOC developed by Ingenic Technology. It is mainly used in mobile power/power bank and other portable devices.

The pin definition is as follows:
1. The yellow box is USB interface x2, output 5V and lead to the terminal.
2. The purple box is USB interface x1, output 5V and lead to the terminal, which can intelligently identify the charging current of the mobile phone.
3. The red box is an external 5V power input, used to charge the battery. There are three interfaces in total, choose one of the three, and the charging current can reach 2A after testing.
4. The silver frame is a battery socket, connect a 4.2V lithium battery, and the positive and negative poles are marked on the PCB.

After verification, several problems were found:
1. The chip has no voltage output 30s after it starts outputting. After consulting some information, it may be that the load is too small, causing the chip to automatically sleep. A wake-up signal can be periodically provided to the KEY pin to achieve continuous output.
2. For heating problems, try not to charge and discharge at the same time. Too much current will cause the PCB temperature to soar. A heat dissipation aluminum sheet can be placed on the chip during normal use.
