TPA3116 Desktop Amplifier (Bluetooth Version) V1

 
Overview

## Introduction:
Based on the TPA3116 desktop amplifier of Hacklabs, some modifications were made.


## 1. Modification content
- A fast recovery fuse was added to the power input
- The power supply system chip was replaced with LM2596S-12/TR, which is larger in size and allows a maximum current of 3A
- A new Bluetooth module (JDY-62A) was added to switch the playback source.
- An audio frequency switching function was added, exposing the AM0, AM1, and AM2 pins to use jumpers to switch high and low levels.
- The power switching function was added, and the 12V power supply stabilized by the LM2596S-12/TR with a small power supply can be used as the amplification source, or an external power supply can be used directly as the amplification source, and the power can be dynamically changed with the external voltage.
- All the original coupling and filter capacitors were replaced with Weimar capacitors. They are 4 0.68uF Weimar capacitors and 6 1uF Weimar capacitors.

## 2. Usage
test The power supply is powered by a switching power supply of 12V, and the amplification power supply is the 12V power supply provided by LM2596S-12/TR. AM0, 1, 3 are all set to level 0. There is no current sound when Bluetooth is not connected, and the sound quality of music played when Bluetooth is connected is clear and there is no current sound.
