High power low cost constant temperature heating table

Overview

Use max6675 to collect temperature, stc8h8k64u as main control mcu, and pid for temperature adjustment. ct3063 optocoupler + bt136s thyristor are selected as control devices. bt136s rated current is 6A, so the heating table control board supports ptc temperature control greater than 500w. After pid adjustment is stable, the accuracy is ±1℃. If the usb function is not used, the usb related components do not need to be welded, and detailed instructions are in the attachment.
