Overview

This reference design provides design guidance, data and other content for a 4kW 3-phase AC 400V input PFC converter using a 3-phase totem pole topology and 1200V SiC MOSFETs. Description Input voltage 3-phase AC 312V to 528V Output voltage DC 750V Output power 4.0kW Circuit topology 3-phase totem pole features 3-phase AC 400V input PFC converter features Efficiency: 97% (Vin=400V, 100% load condition) Power factor : 0.99 (Vin=400V, 100% load condition) Dimensions: 500mm×320mm×160mm Overall solution for SiC MOSFET (TW070J120B) and smart gate driver IC (TLP5214A)
