Phase/serial input 2-phase stepper motor driver IC——TB67S105FTG

Overview

The TB67S105FTG is a two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver controlled using a PWM chopper. It has an 8-bit serial control system. The device is manufactured using the BiCD process and is rated at 50 V/3.0A. It also has a regulator so only VM power is used to drive the motor. In this IC, an 8-bit shift register is incorporated, which corresponds to serial-to-parallel conversion.
