Power Profiler Kit II - Open source second-generation power measurement kit from Nordic

Overview

The Power Profiler Kit II (PPK2) is a stand-alone unit that, in addition to external hardware, can measure and optionally source current on all Nordic DK boards from sub-uA up to 1A.
PPK2 features an advanced analog measurement unit with a high dynamic measurement range. This enables accurate measurement of power consumption across the entire range, from a single μA to 1A, in low-power embedded applications. The resolution varies between 100nA and 1mA depending on the measurement range and is high enough to detect the small peaks often seen in low-power optimized systems.
The PPK2 can also use digital inputs as a low-end logic analyzer, supporting code synchronization measurements. This is accomplished by connecting digital inputs to I/O pins on the external device under test (DUT).
