ESP32_CAM automatic downloader (verified)

# Project background ESP32-CAM development board is very troublesome to download using Dupont cables and burners, so I want to make an automatic download board for the ESP32-CAM development board, and at the same time lead out all the pins of the ESP32-CAM development board to facilitate development and use.

# Project description: No suitable automatic download board was found on the Chinese Internet, so this project refers to the ESP32-Cam-Programmer project on instructables (the link will be placed in the reference materials below). The main change in this project is to use the CP2102 chip on hand (it is very expensive) to replace the original CH340G. If you do not have CP2102 on hand or are more sensitive to cost, it is recommended to use the fourth link in the reference materials below. Taking into account the easy availability of components (which varies from person to person) and my handicapped nature, the 0603 package in the original project was replaced with the 0805 package.
