Service continuity and adaptability are the objective requirements of many mission-critical systems. Therefore, a method of task hot-swapping is proposed to achieve this. The basic idea of ​​task hot-swapping is introduced, the key technologies for inserting and replacing task components are analyzed, the technical implementation route of task hot-swapping is summarized, and preliminary experimental research is carried out. The results show that this method realizes the dynamic replacement of task components and can be used to improve the availability and adaptability of mission-critical systems. Keywords: task hot-swapping; operation monitoring; dynamic loading; static establishment; dynamic insertion
