Project description:
This is a four-way smart switch built in based on the Atlink intelligent platform. It can be fully opened/closed/independently switched with one click on your mobile phone and controlled by an independent button on the circuit board.
Application scenarios:
Smart home: such as lighting, fans, ventilation fans, water pumps, night lights, smart sockets, etc. controls.
Hardware parts:
Power supply: 7V-20V DC power supply, 5V regulated by 78L05. (Why do you need to stabilize the voltage at 5V? Because you need to power the 5V relay. You can also directly input 5V, omitting the 78L05) Then use AMS1117-3.3 LOD to step down and stabilize the voltage to power the main control CB3S smart module.
Control: CB3S is a low-power embedded Wi-Fi module. It consists of a highly integrated wireless radio frequency chip BK7231N and a small number of peripheral components. It can support AP and STA dual-role connections, and also supports low-power Bluetooth connections. Connect to WiFi and use your mobile phone or independent buttons on the circuit board to control the output of the CB3S smart module to control the relay.
Indicator light: An independent LED indicator light is designed for each switch, so that the current switch status can be seen more intuitively.
Buttons: SW1/SW2/SW3/SW4 control four switches respectively, and SW5 is the reset button.
Other components: protection, isolation, filtering, voltage dividing, current reduction, etc.
Firmware burning part:
No need to write code and burn it yourself.
1. Enter the Yatelian platform - create product - device panel - hardware debugging (select the function according to your own needs, and select or remember the pins used). The pins of this circuit board are as follows: https://iot.yatelian .com/
2. Go to Lichuang Mall to find the CB3S flash-in module. https://www.szlcsc.com/
3. Select firmware distribution and distribute the previously designed firmware. Lichuang will burn the firmware before shipment.
4. Use Jialichuang to make free prototypes and make circuit boards. (Why are there direct-plug and SMD components? Because I made the drawing based on the components I have on hand, and I can replace them according to my needs)
5. After all components are in place, assemble and power on. (Available for personal testing)

Application: Connect the live wire to the COM terminal of the relay, the neutral wire to the electrical equipment directly, and the NO terminal to the other end of the electrical equipment to realize remote control and local button control by mobile APP, and the status will be synchronized to the mobile APP display. Switch names can be customized in the APP, such as lights, fans, ventilation fans, water pumps, night lights, smart sockets, etc.
