5G28 operational amplifier

 
Overview

5G28 is a high input impedance, high bandwidth (5MHZ) and high slew rate (20KKV/s) operational amplifier developed by Shanghai Component Five Factory in the 1970s. It uses a bipolar process and the JFET input effectively improves the input impedance. The output stage Similar to uA741; it can be connected to an external zeroing circuit. This operational amplifier is widely used in various industrial and production equipment and is widely praised for its excellent performance. Nowadays, the quantity in existence is relatively rare.

 

This project uses a part chip + a small part direct plug structure to reproduce this type of op amp (many chip JFETs are out of stock, so we can only use direct plug QAQ). Compared with the original op amp, the bandwidth and slew rate are different. Discount. It adopts DIP-8 connection form and can be directly plugged into the ordinary DIP-8 op amp holder. Pin compatible (5-pin type), built-in zero adjustment and compensation, no external connections, pins 1, 7, and 8 are left unconnected.

Note: Compared with the original 5G28, Pjfet is difficult to purchase, so this design directly turns the circuit over... (the original N tube becomes a P tube, and the P tube becomes an N tube). On the schematic diagram, the positive power supply is at the bottom. ..

Due to the interruption of logistics, there is no condition test for the time being, but it passed Multisim and LTspice simulation.
