Compost is a kind of organic fertilizer that uses various plant residues (crop straw, weeds, leaves, peat, garbage and other wastes, etc.) as the main raw material, and is an organic fertilizer made by mixing human and animal excrement and decomposition. For fertilizers, as environmental protection requirements increase year by year, composting technology has begun to be introduced into the classification and treatment of kitchen waste, the treatment of sludge, a by-product formed in the sewage purification process, and the recycling of biological manure.
It mainly uses the action of a variety of microorganisms to mineralize, humify and render harmless plant organic residues, converting various complex organic nutrients into soluble nutrients and humus, and at the same time utilizes the organic residues produced during accumulation. High temperature (60-70℃) is used to kill germs, insect eggs and weed seeds contained in raw materials to achieve the purpose of harmlessness. Therefore, in order to obtain high-quality compost, every effort is made to create good conditions for the life activities of microorganisms during the composting process.
The temperature is used as the controlled variable in the fermentation process, the ventilation air supply volume is used as the manipulated variable to regulate oxygen, the GD32E231 microcontroller is used as the main control unit, and the output relay controls the fan to regulate oxygen. , through the design of hardware circuits and related application programs, the four processes of fermentation are adjusted to achieve the effects of accelerating compost maturity and improving fertilizer efficiency.
