KITFS85AEEVM allows flexible use of all features of this device and measurement in the main part of the application. The KL25Z MCU installed on the board combined with the FlexGUI software allows access to the registers in read and write modes. All voltage regulators are accessible via connectors. Non-user signals, such as DC/DC switching nodes, are mapped to test points.
The board can operate in emulation or OTP mode. In emulation mode, the board configuration remains valid as long as power is supplied. OTP mode uses fuse configuration. The device can be blown 3 times. In OTP mode, the device always starts with the circuit breaker configuration unless the user wishes to override the OTP configuration with emulation mode. This board can fuse OTP without requiring any additional tools or boards.
