The power quality analyzer is a device that detects and analyzes the operating quality of the power grid. It can conduct long-term data collection and monitoring of power grid operation, and is equipped with power quality data analysis software to perform various analyzes on measurement data.
This design adopts a dual-processor architecture of DSP + ARM. DSP is responsible for data acquisition and algorithm processing, and ARM is responsible for communication protocol and human-machine interface processing. Analog signal collection is completed by two ADI AD7606s with 16-bit resolution and 8-channel simultaneous sampling, achieving a maximum sampling rate of 100KSPS, ensuring accuracy and information integrity between channels. The DSP processor adopts ADI's latest dual-core Blackfin processor ADSP-BF607 for applications in the field of smart grid power transmission and distribution. Its single-core maximum operating frequency can reach 500MHz, which can achieve the highest data collection and calculation efficiency, timely detect the power grid frequency and Dynamically adjust the sampling frequency to achieve synchronization of power frequency and sampling frequency. The ARM processor is used to complete the communication protocol processing and external event response of the device in a timely manner. The ARM software part is deeply optimized based on the Android system. It draws on the advantages of the Android system's flexible interface design and simple operation. It is used with the touch screen to extend the advantages of the Android system to the industry. field. This design adopts the PQDIF standard data recording format to facilitate data exchange and functional compatibility of different devices and systems.
