With the continuous upgrading of smartphones, the power consumption of devices is increasing, and the number of charging times is gradually increasing. Traditional chargers and wires have greatly constrained charging, which provides an opportunity for the development of wireless charging technology. The working principle and basic structure of the wireless charging system are introduced, and the wireless charging solution based on the Qi protocol is selected and studied in combination with project requirements. Finally, the system is based on a low-cost MCU to realize functions such as foreign object detection (FOD) and Qi protocol transmission, realizing the low-cost application of 5W wireless charging.
