What kind of sensor is this? [Copy link]

This post was last edited by Tongxin Laosou on 2019-1-12 17:20 I am repairing a ventilator. There is a component on the PCB that I don't recognize. There is no mark on it. There are two nozzle interfaces on the top and four pins on the bottom. The board is marked as +SIG, GND, -SIG, and Ve. The other two pins have no line connection. Is this a flow or pressure sensor? Does anyone know? Please provide information, thank you!

Look at the two holes for ventilation. It is unlikely to be a differential pressure sensor.

I haven't used it. I've really never used it.

This is a differential pressure sensor. The four pins are power supply, ground and a pair of differential signal outputs.

Remove the two screws and lift up the module. The original logo is underneath.

It is a Honeywell pressure sensor, which is very common on ventilators.

This sensor has two airway ports A and B. Is there a difference between these two ports? Are they also divided into input and output?
