Recently, Zeng Kunpeng (Weibo ID: @手机鸟叔), general manager of the iQOO product line, posted a message wishing all candidates success in the college entrance examination, and at the same time announced that a mysterious new iQOO phone will be launched soon.
Previously, blogger @数码闲聊站 broke the news that the iQOO 10 series is the world's first 200W super fast charging technology, and its fast charging speed tops the mobile phone industry. From this, it seems that the iQOO new product announced by Zeng Kunpeng should be the iQOO 10 series.
Earlier in 2019, iQOO was the first to mass-produce commercial 120W FlashCharge technology, making it the fastest charging mobile phone brand at the time.
It is reported that the 120W FlashCharge ultra-fast flash charging power supply uses a 20V6A charger. After entering the mobile phone, it is divided into two 20V3A channels, and then each uses a charge pump to divide the voltage and output 10V6A. Finally, it is combined into 10V12A to perform high-voltage direct charging of two strings of batteries.
The dual charge pump technology used by iQOO greatly improves the charging conversion rate to an astonishing 98.5%. The load capacity is increased by 2-3 times compared to the first generation of ultra-fast flash charging. The charge pump chips are placed on the upper and lower parts of the phone to evenly distribute heat and avoid heat accumulation.
With the support of 120W ultra-fast flash charging, a 4000mAh battery can be charged to 50% in 5 minutes and fully charged to 100% in 15 minutes. Fragmented charging is enough to fully charge the battery.
Now iQOO has taken the lead in entering the 200W flash charging era. According to @数码闲聊站, the 200W charger equipped with the iQOO 10 series is model V200100L0B0-CN, with an output of 20V10A and a maximum of 200W. This will be the fastest charging mobile phone to date.
In addition, the iQOO 10 series is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ flagship processor, and the new product is expected to debut in July.
