Google announced a new smartwatch, the Pixel Watch, at its I/O event. Its rounded and refined appearance has attracted many people's love. Unfortunately, Google did not reveal the specifications of the Pixel Watch.

9to5Google reported that the Google Pixel Watch will be equipped with Samsung's Exynos 9110 processor and will be equipped with a coprocessor/auxiliary processor. Its task is to help offset the load on the main SoC and handle less intensive tasks, but whether this coprocessor belongs to Tensor remains to be seen.

IT Home has reported that Exynos 9110 is a chip released by Samsung in August 2018. This chip uses a 10nm process and has two Cortex-A53 cores. This is similar to the Snapdragon Wear 4100+, which debuted on the first generation Samsung Galaxy Watch in 2018.

An unnamed source told 9to5Google that not only will this Google wearable device have a co-processor, but it will also have the most RAM ever on a Wear OS wearable device, plus 32GB of onboard storage. As a result, this Pixel Watch will bring a smoother Wear OS experience.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear 4100+ is powered by the company's QCC1110 coprocessor, which, according to 9to5Google, can support always-on displays with up to 64K colors. We expect the Pixel Watch's coprocessor to perform similarly, but there's no evidence to support this claim.

This new smartwatch is expected to be released together with the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. We will bring you more information at that time, so stay tuned.
