On May 8, in response to the question raised by investors on the interactive platform, "Can 800G optical chips be mass-produced this year?", Zhongji Xuchuan replied that the company's 800G silicon photonic chips and 800G silicon photonic modules have been successfully developed and have been sent to some overseas customers for testing in the first quarter of this year. Whether 800G silicon photonic modules can be mass-produced and shipped depends on conditions such as customer certification and demand for 800G silicon photonic modules.
In February 2022, Zhongji Xuchuan released its 2021 annual performance report. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 7.695 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.16%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 875 million yuan, which was basically the same as in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 1.07%.
