On April 6, Xinhao Optoelectronics disclosed at its 2021 annual performance briefing that the glass protective screens produced by the company have been used in terminal products such as smartphones, tablets, smart wearable devices, vehicle-mounted equipment, digital cameras, and smart medical equipment. They are especially widely used in well-known smartphone brands such as Huawei, Xiaomi, vivo, and OPPO.
In addition, Zhou Xuan, deputy general manager, financial director and secretary of the board of directors of Xinhao Optoelectronics, also expressed his views on the development trend of the industry at the briefing, that is, the downstream customers of the glass protection screen industry are relatively concentrated, and companies that can obtain qualified supplier certification from downstream core enterprises in the future will gain an advantage in the competition. After continuous market development, the company has now been recognized by large customers such as Samsung Display, TCL Huaxing, BOE, Shenzhen Tianma, and Japan Display, and has entered their certified supplier system.
It is reported that as of the end of 2021, the first phase of Xinhao Optoelectronics' Huangshi fundraising project has reached full production, with a production capacity of approximately 5KK/month, serving core customers such as TCL Huaxing and Shenzhen Tianma nearby; the second phase of the project is being carried out in an orderly manner and is expected to reach full production in June 2023.
