According to a report by Bloomberg on February 17, Nvidia released its fourth-quarter financial report on February 16, local time in the United States. The financial report showed that the fourth-quarter revenue was US$7.64 billion, exceeding the average analyst forecast of US$7.4 billion.
The company’s latest quarterly results beat Wall Street expectations and forecast strong growth for the current period, but shares fell 5.3% in late trading. Meanwhile, the company’s adjusted gross margin was 67% last quarter, slightly below the 67.1% analysts had forecast. The company also said revenue for the first quarter of the current fiscal year was about $8.1 billion. Analysts on average estimated $7.2 billion, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
