Jucan Optoelectronics: Multiple Mini LED chips have been verified by customers

On October 15, Jucan Optoelectronics stated at the third quarter report exchange meeting that the company's capacity utilization rate has remained high this year, with orders saturated, full production and sales, and orderly delivery.

In order to meet customer order needs, on the basis of continuously optimizing product structure and improving product performance, Jucan Optoelectronics has also arranged orderly expansion of production. It is currently implementing a project to issue stocks to specific objects to raise funds. After all investments are completed, the new production capacity will be 9.5 million pieces/year, and this capacity will be gradually released in the future.

At present, Jucan Optoelectronics has a monthly production capacity of 1.6 million pieces, and it is expected that the monthly production capacity will increase to 1.8 million pieces by the end of the year. The new production capacity will mainly be for high-end LED chip products including Mini/Micro LED, automotive lighting, and high power.

In terms of R&D, Jucan Optoelectronics continues to promote the strategy of "improving performance, adjusting structure, reducing costs, and creating benefits" for conventional products, and continues to innovate; for high-end products such as silver mirrors, plant lighting, and ultraviolet disinfection, the company continues to innovate and increase product promotion efforts; for Mini LED, the company improves the process, reduces production costs, strengthens customer layout, and speeds up the batch supply of mini products; for Micro LED and optical communication technology, the company keeps up with the market trend and increases R&D investment. At present, the company's backlight products are used in mobile phones and TVs, and both have stable shipments.

It said that Mini LED technology reserves are complete, and many products have been verified by customers and can be mass-produced at any time. The company has a stable customer base, relatively stable product specifications and models, full production and sales, and lacks surplus production capacity to arrange the production of Mini LED and other chips, so the release of Mini LED production capacity is still in the planning stage. The company is currently constantly adjusting the existing product structure to increase product prices, and is also appropriately transforming and purchasing machinery and equipment to expand new production capacity. With the commissioning of the raised funds project, Mini LED production capacity will enter the release period.

As for red and yellow light LED chips, Jucan Optoelectronics has carried out preliminary planning, accumulated certain technologies, and passed relevant environmental impact assessments. However, due to limited resources, it has not yet carried out substantive construction. In the future, the company will carry out red and yellow light LED chip construction projects in a timely manner.
