Power battery business continues to grow, Guoxuan High-tech's H1 net profit increased by 33.3% year-on-year

On the evening of August 27, Guoxuan High-tech released its semi-annual performance report, stating that during the reporting period, Guoxuan High-tech achieved operating income of 355,123.12 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.63%; achieved operating profit of 58,020.2 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 37.75%; achieved total profit of 65,654.9 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 69.51%; achieved net profit of 55,017.7 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61.20%, of which the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners was 48,171.5 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33.30%.

Guoxuan High-tech is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in independent research and development, production and sales of lithium-ion batteries for new energy vehicles. Its main products are lithium iron phosphate materials and batteries, ternary materials and batteries, power battery packs, battery management systems and energy storage battery packs. Guoxuan High-tech has established long-term strategic partnerships with many new energy vehicle companies at home and abroad, and its products are widely used in new energy vehicle fields such as pure electric commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, special-purpose vehicles and hybrid vehicles.

At the same time, Guoxuan High-tech actively cooperates with major domestic and foreign communication equipment companies, transportation equipment and power grid companies. Its products are widely used in new energy innovation business areas such as communication base stations, energy storage power stations, ship power batteries, wind and solar complementary equipment, mobile power supplies and two-wheel electric vehicles.

After years of continuous efforts, the technological level of my country's new energy vehicle industry has been significantly improved, the industrial system has been increasingly improved, the competitiveness of enterprises has been greatly enhanced, and the industry has entered a new stage of superposition, intersection and integrated development. According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from January to June 2021, the production and sales of new energy vehicles both exceeded 1.2 million, reaching 1.215 million and 1.206 million respectively, both increasing by 2 times year-on-year.
