Jingrui Electronic Materials: The company's photoresist products have reached international mid-to-high-level standards

On August 25, Jingrui Electric Materials stated on the investor interaction platform that the company's photoresist products have reached international mid-to-high-level standards, have a long-standing reputation in China, and have been producing photoresists stably for nearly 30 years. It is one of the earliest companies in China to mass-produce photoresists.

Photoresist is one of the microelectronic chemicals with the highest technical barriers in the world. The research and development and production of high-end products are mainly monopolized by a few Japanese companies such as JSR, Shin-Etsu Chemical, and Tokyo Ohka.

Jingrui Electric Materials pointed out that the company has undertaken and completed the national 02 special project "i-line photoresist product development and industrialization". The company is one of the oldest and largest photoresist manufacturers in my country, with a complete product series, industrialization scale and profitability at the leading level in the industry. Among them, g/i-line photoresists have been supplied to well-known large-size semiconductor manufacturers such as SMIC and Hefei Changxin. KrF (248nm deep ultraviolet) photoresists have completed pilot testing and are currently in the customer testing stage. After passing the test, they can enter the mass production stage. The research and development of ArF high-end photoresists has officially started, aiming to develop ArF (193nm) photoresists that meet the 90-28nm chip process and meet the current market demand for key materials in the integrated circuit industry.
