On August 17, Hehui Optoelectronics issued an announcement stating that core technical personnel Mr. Yu Tao resigned for personal reasons and no longer holds any position in the company.
The announcement shows that the work that Mr. Yu Tao was in charge of has been smoothly handed over. Mr. Yu Tao’s departure will not affect the integrity of the company’s core technology, will not have a substantial impact on the company’s production and operation, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company’s core competitiveness, business development and product innovation.
It is reported that in 2012, Yu Tao joined the company as the company's quality supervisor; from 2016 to 2018, he served as the director of the company's module factory; from 2018 to the present, he has served as the company's production director, mainly responsible for the production management of the company's product module processes, process technology research and development of module processes, and improvement of module process production capacity and product yield.
According to the "Resignation Commitment of Core Technical Personnel" signed by Mr. Yu Tao, unless he obtains the written consent of the company in advance, he shall not accept employment or serve in any other way any natural person, legal person or other economic organization that competes with the company or operates similar business (including but not limited to serving as a shareholder, partner, director, supervisor, manager, agent, consultant, etc., and shall not do any part-time work) within two years after his resignation; he shall not produce, operate, develop similar products or provide similar services by himself; he shall not directly or indirectly invest in the establishment of a legal entity to produce, operate, develop similar products or engage in similar business. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has not found that Mr. Yu Tao has gone to work for a competitor.
It is worth mentioning that the patents that Mr. Yu Tao participated in applying for during his tenure in the company were not patents of a single inventor and were work-related inventions. The ownership of the aforementioned patents belongs to the company, and there are no disputes or potential disputes involving work-related inventions.
In addition, as of the date of disclosure of this announcement, there has been no change in the company's other core technical personnel. There are 13 core technical personnel and the personnel is stable.
