According to official news from Tyco Tianrun, on July 22, Tan Xiaoping, member of the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the Municipal United Front Work Department, and his delegation visited Tyco Tianrun for research.
It is reported that Tyco Tianrun's production line is now online and has entered the trial production stage. The process equipment has been adjusted and more than 40 engineering batches have been put into production, with an overall yield of more than 90%. It is expected to complete reliability tests in September and start mass production.

Tyco Tianrun is headquartered in Beijing and has 4-inch and 6-inch silicon carbide semiconductor process wafer production lines in Beijing and Hunan respectively.

The Tyco Tianrun Hunan project is located in the new energy standard factory area of Liuyang Economic Development Zone (High-tech Zone), Hunan Province, and was officially started at the end of 2019. Its official website shows that the total investment in the first phase of the project is 500 million yuan, which can achieve an annual output of 60,000 6-inch silicon carbide wafers.
