According to Jiwei.com, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Office of the Central Cyberspace Security and Informatization Commission recently issued guiding opinions on accelerating the application of blockchain technology and industrial development. Under the government's promotion, ZTE also disclosed a patent related to blockchain.
With the continuous development of the economy, the current residential communities have generally realized information management. However, since the various income and expenditure areas in the community are independent of each other, they need to be maintained by different systems, and the initiative of income and expenditure information is usually in the hands of the property company's computer, which is invisible to community residents. This has caused information fragmentation, data opacity, and the fund account database is easily tampered with and cannot be shared. There is no clear and effective trust mechanism between community residents and stakeholders such as property companies, causing many public affairs to be unable to proceed smoothly. In view of the current situation, how to enhance the security and transparency of community income and expenditure data has become an urgent problem to be solved.
To this end, ZTE applied for an invention patent entitled "Community income and expenditure data storage method and terminal equipment based on blockchain network" on December 12, 2019 (application number: 201911275229.5), and the applicant was ZTE Corporation.

Figure 1 is a flow chart of the community income and expenditure data storage method based on the blockchain network proposed by the present invention, which is applied to the client node and mainly includes the following steps: First, generate community transaction data (S101). When the client node receives the capital change in the community income and expenditure or other transactions included in the community income and expenditure management, it generates community transaction data that complies with the blockchain network accounting rules and submits it to the blockchain network for verification, storage, etc.
Before submitting the community transaction data to the sorting service node of the blockchain network, the following steps are also included: first, the community transaction information is obtained, and then a community transaction proposal is generated, wherein the community transaction proposal includes a transaction timestamp, a transaction amount, a transaction terminal identifier, and a transaction terminal signature. Finally, the community transaction proposal is submitted to the endorsement node of the blockchain network, so that the endorsement node endorses the community transaction proposal based on a preset endorsement strategy, and signs the endorsement execution result to generate an endorsement execution result containing a signature.
Then, the community transaction data is submitted to the blockchain network, so that the blockchain network sorts and divides the community transaction data after receiving the community transaction data to form corresponding block data, and writes the block data into the blockchain ledger corresponding to each accounting node (S102). After the client node generates transaction data, it submits it to the blockchain network, and through the processing of the blockchain network, the distributed accounting function of the community transaction data is realized.
In short, ZTE's blockchain patent, by using a decentralized distributed ledger to store community income and expenditure data, solves the current problems in community management, such as the lack of transparency in community income and expenditure data, the easy tampering of data, and the lack of transparent supervision by all community members.
