Jiwei.com reported on July 12 that Rockchip issued an announcement stating that within 6 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement (excluding the announcement date), the Big Fund plans to reduce its holdings of shares by no more than 5,418,491 shares through centralized bidding transactions, which is no more than 1.30% of the total number of shares of the company, and within any consecutive 90 days, the total number of shares reduced by centralized bidding transactions shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares of the company, which is no more than 4,168,070 shares.

It is understood that as of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the Big Fund holds 25,919,600 shares of Rockchip, accounting for 6.22% of the company's total share capital. All of the above shares are from the shares held by the company before its initial public offering, which were released from the restricted sale and listed on February 8, 2021.

Rockchip said that this reduction plan was decided by shareholders based on their own capital needs. During the reduction period, shareholders will choose whether and how to implement this reduction plan based on market conditions, the company's stock price and other factors. The amount and price of the reduction are uncertain. This reduction plan is a normal reduction behavior of shareholders and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and future sustainable operations.
