Zhejiang Hengtuo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengtuo Electronic"), located in Jiaxing, is now gradually increasing its production capacity, with its monthly output reaching more than 200 million units.

According to news from Jiaxing Nanhu District, Hengtuo Electronics is a chip packaging and testing company located in Jiaxing Science and Technology City. Currently, the first phase of the project has the packaging and testing capacity to produce 3 billion integrated circuits annually. The company's second phase of the project is currently under construction and is expected to complete civil engineering in September. After the second phase is put into production, the production capacity will be further expanded.

A relevant person in charge of the company said, "There is a huge market demand for integrated circuits at present. We plan to reach an annual output of 6 billion next year."

In May this year, the opening ceremony of Hengtuo Electronics was held in Jiaxing Science and Technology City, Zhejiang Province. The company's annual production of 3 billion ASIC packaging and testing projects has a total investment of 206.5 million yuan, covers an area of ​​50 mu, and has a construction area of ​​40,000 square meters. On December 14, 2017, the project was laid and the construction of the first phase of the project was completed at the end of 2019.
