Recently, Zhuhai Xingyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingyun Intelligent") announced that it has completed an angel round of financing of hundreds of millions of yuan. This round of financing was led by Hillhouse Capital, and followed by CDH VGC (CDH Innovation and Growth Fund) and Walden International China Fund.
Qichacha shows that Nebula Intelligent Network was established on March 22, 2021. The company focuses on the research and development of basic interconnection communication architecture and DPU chips for data centers. Its team members include experts in the ICT field from Silicon Valley, Israel, Canada and other places.
It is reported that the DPU being developed by Nebula Intelligent Network will form an independent CAAS (communication service layer) between IAAS and PAAS, realizing the "many virtual one" of physical resources and the "one virtual many" with near bare metal performance, simplifying IAAS and improving resource utilization; offloading the processing related to communication data flow in PAAS, and improving the communication efficiency and performance of applications.
According to the news from Nebula Intelligence, Huang Liming, partner of Hillhouse Capital and head of software and hard technology of Hillhouse Capital, said that Nebula Intelligence has brought together a group of world-class talents in the fields of cloud computing and data center core chips. The founding team has a clear strategic positioning, a deep insight into the overall technical path and the selection of commercial solutions, and has first-class product definition, technology research and development, and industry resource integration capabilities in the industry. It has shown strong combat effectiveness in the track with high technical barriers, leaving a deep impression on investors.
