Provincial leaders Deng Xiangyang and Zhang Hongwen attended the signing ceremony, which was presided over by relevant officials from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and attended by relevant officials from the Hefei Municipal Government, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.
