Now that the Moto G10 Power and Moto G30 have been launched in India, it's time to shift the focus to a device that sits in between the two. It's called the Moto G20 and we've spotted it on the FCC website. The listing reveals that the Moto G20 will support dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and FM radio.
The smartphone comes in two variants, model numbers XT2128-1 and XT2128-2. We also learned that the Moto G20 will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and support 10W charging power.
MySmartPrice happened to see the specs of the Moto G20 on Geekbench. It seems to be powered by an octa-core UNISOC chipset. Its single-core and multi-core scores are 378 and 1322 points respectively. This chipset is most likely the entry-level UNISOC SC9863 launched in 2019. It consists of 8 Cortex-A55 cores, 4 of which are clocked at 1.6GHz and the remaining 4 at 1.2GHz, and its performance is basically comparable to entry-level products.
The Moto G20 Geekbench listing also tells us that this particular version has 4GB of RAM and runs Android 11 out of the box. The Moto G20 seems to be closer to the Moto G10 Power in terms of specifications than the Moto G30, so we can expect it to reuse the former's camera design.
