Shanghai Stock Exchange: Terminated the IPO review of Yunzhisheng Science and Technology Innovation Board

On February 19, the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued an announcement stating that it had decided to terminate the review of the initial public offering and listing of Unisound Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Unisound) on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.

It was disclosed that on November 3, 2020, the Shanghai Stock Exchange accepted Yunzhisheng's application documents for its initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in accordance with the law, and conducted an audit in accordance with regulations. 

On February 18, 2021, Unisound and its sponsor China International Capital Corporation Limited submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange the "Application of Unisound Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to Withdraw Application Documents for Initial Public Offering and Listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board" (Unisound Letter [2021] No. 01) and "Application of China International Capital Corporation Limited to Withdraw Application Documents for Initial Public Offering and Listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board" (China International Capital Corporation Limited [2021] No. 0012), applying to withdraw the application documents. In accordance with relevant regulations, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to terminate the review of your company's initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
