Recently, Lishengmei issued an announcement on the termination of listing of the company's shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
On October 27, 2020, Lishengmei stated that based on the development of the capital market and the company's business development plan, after careful consideration, it intends to apply to terminate the listing of its shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
On the same day, Lishengmei held the 11th meeting of the second board of directors and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2020 on November 12, 2020. The meeting reviewed and passed the "Proposal on Applying to Terminate the Listing of the Company's Shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations", "Proposal on Requesting the General Meeting of Shareholders to Authorize the Board of Directors to Handle All Matters Related to the Company's Application for Termination of Listing of Shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations", and "Proposal on Investor Protection Measures for the Proposed Application for Termination of Listing of the Company's Shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations".
On November 27, 2020, Lishengmei submitted an application to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "National Equities Exchange and Quotations") for the termination of the listing of the company's shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. The National Equities Exchange and Quotations issued the "Acceptance Notice" (No. ZZGP2020110049) to the company on November 30, 2020. The National Equities Exchange and Quotations accepted the application materials for termination of listing submitted by the company after verifying that they met the relevant requirements of the "National Equities Exchange and Quotations Business Rules (Trial)".
According to the "Letter on Approval to Terminate the Listing of Shenzhen Lishengmei Semiconductor Co., Ltd.'s Shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations" (Stock Transfer System Letter [2021] No. 75) issued by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd., the company's shares will be delisted from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations from January 18, 2021.
According to Tianyancha, the main business of Shenzhen Lishengmei Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is the design, testing, sales and service of power semiconductor devices. Its main products include 6-level energy efficiency power management chip series, ultra-high voltage, tolerant power switching power supply chip series, power switching power supply chip series for electrical appliances and control boards, USB port charging control related chip series, PSR power switching power supply chip series, PC power supply controllers and other power semiconductor devices.
In the first half of 2020, Lishengmei achieved operating income of 43,589,382.13 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.64%; and achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 6,268,351.35 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 72.39%.
