Jiwei.com reported on January 14 that vivo recently launched an entry-level 5G new phone Y31s on its official website. It is equipped with Snapdragon 480. The 4GB+128GB version is priced at 1,498 yuan, and the 6GB+128GB version is priced at 1,698 yuan. It will go on sale tomorrow.
The vivo Y31s uses a 6.58-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2408×1080, a waterdrop screen design, supports 90Hz high refresh rate and 180Hz high sampling rate, supports side fingerprint unlocking, and has a body size of 164.15mm×75.35mm×8.40mm. It weighs about 185.5g and is available in three colors: Monet, Titanium Space Gray and Ruby Red.
The vivo Y31s is equipped with Snapdragon 480, the first 5G SoC in the Snapdragon 400 series. It adopts 8nm process, Kryo 460 architecture, integrates 2 2.0GHz A76-like large cores + 6 1.8GHz A55-like small cores, GPU is Adreno 619, integrated X51 5G baseband, supports millimeter wave, supports LPDDR4x 2133MHz, and UFS 2.2.
The vivo Y31s has a 13-megapixel main camera + a 2-megapixel depth-of-field dual camera on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The battery capacity is 5000mAh, supports 18W dual-engine flash charging and OTG reverse charging, retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, and is pre-installed with Funtouch OS 10.5 based on Android 11.0.
