On the evening of November 29, Zhuoshengwei announced that the company's board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Signing a Cooperation Agreement for Proposed Foreign Investment" and agreed that the company would sign a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with the Management Committee of Wuxi Liyuan Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, to invest in the construction of a semiconductor industrialization production base in Hudai East District, Binhu District, Wuxi City, with an estimated total investment of 800 million yuan.
Jiwei.com learned that Zhuoshengwei will invest in the "Xinzhuo Semiconductor Industrialization Construction Project (subject to final filing)" here, build SAW filter wafer production and RF module packaging and testing production lines, as well as supporting facilities construction and software and hardware equipment purchase for the factory, and carry out research and development of key technologies and processes and industrial production of products.
Zhuoshengwei stated that based on its rich technical reserves in the RF front-end field, accurate grasp of demand and stable customer resources, the company has launched the Xinzhuo Semiconductor industrialization construction project, and introduced RF SAW filter process technology and manufacturing equipment for RF SAW filter chips and RF module products, forming process technology capabilities and large-scale mass production capabilities, seizing the RF SAW RF filter market share and achieving the industrialization goal of RF SAW filter chips and modules.
"By building wafer manufacturing and packaging and testing production lines, after the project is completed, the company's overall process technology capabilities and module mass production capabilities in the field of RF SAW filters will be enhanced, the full industrial chain layout of RF SAW filter chips and RF modules will be realized, and the company's independent research and development innovation capabilities and market competitiveness will be enhanced, and ultimately domestic substitution of RF SAW filter chips and RF modules will be achieved."
It is understood that Wuxi Liyuan Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province is located in the central area of Wuxi City, with more than 4,000 enterprises gathered in the area. In recent years, it has been focusing on the integrated circuit design industry chain, relying on leading central enterprises such as Zhongkexin, Tsinghua University Applied Research Institute, and 11th Technology, bringing together technical projects, financial capital, high-end talents and other industrial elements, and striving to build Wuxi Binhu integrated circuit design industry ecosystem. There are nearly 100 integrated circuit design and related enterprises in the park, and the total sales revenue in 2019 exceeded 3.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20%.

The Wuxi Liyuan Economic Development Zone Management Committee of Jiangsu Province will provide it with a series of policy support including fund support, industrial support, development incentives, construction incentives, talent policies, and striving for provincial and municipal policy support, which will help it accelerate the implementation of the project.
