ZTE said that the company has long been committed to 5G message innovation and research and development, and has now launched comprehensive cooperation with the three major domestic operators to assist operators in building 5G message platforms.
It is reported that 5G messages are RCS messages, which allow users to realize various rich applications of APP on the SMS interface. It can be divided into "RCS enhanced SMS" for end users and "RCS business rich media messages" for businesses and enterprises. It can connect individual users with various service platforms and businesses, and allow RCS enhanced messages to support rich media message push, which is comparable to WeChat in terms of function.
The characteristics of 5G messages are: ① Breaking the length limit of traditional SMS and realizing the integration of text, pictures, audio and video, emoticons, etc.; ② Supporting online payment, online and offline messages; ③ Initiating group messages and group chats at any time without adding friends.
