According to foreign media reports, several Apple suppliers have recently revealed that Apple continues to put pressure on them to move 15% to 30% of their production out of China. The suppliers under pressure include TSMC, Foxconn, Wistron, and Pegatron. It is understood that the main relocation locations are Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, and India.

In addition, Apple suppliers such as Pegatron have been looking to invest in supply plans in Vietnam, where the company may produce new Apple headphones AirPods.

Public information shows that while Apple has been working to establish production facilities in India, those plans may also be changing. Top Apple suppliers such as Foxconn, Pegatron and Wistron will benefit from a local incentive aimed at boosting the country's export capabilities. Apple already produces several iPhones in India and plans to manufacture newer devices.

According to Pegatron executives, if Apple suppliers move some of their operations out of China, the technology manufacturing industry will face fundamental changes. "In the past, it only took two hours to deliver parts through other provinces in China. But in the future, as the supply chain becomes more dispersed outside of China, it will take at least one to two weeks longer."
