Recently, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province issued the "Ten Policy Measures to Accelerate the Development of Emerging Industries in Key Areas", actively leading the rapid development of five emerging industries including medical health, industrial Internet, "5G+" industry, digital economy, and intelligent logistics.
According to the policy, Ningbo will implement targeted enterprise investment promotion, accelerate the implementation of a number of chain-filling projects, and provide financial subsidies for projects such as medical devices, biomedicine, integrated circuits, and smart equipment with a total investment of more than 500 million yuan, and 5G core components, application software, and big data with a total investment of more than 200 million yuan.
At the same time, Ningbo will also encourage enterprises to be market-oriented, carry out demonstration and promotion of new products, new technologies, new business forms and new models, enhance the resilience of the enterprise industrial chain, and provide financial support of 30% of the demonstration application and promotion amount to enterprises included in the municipal demonstration catalogue, with a maximum of 10 million yuan.
In addition, the Policy Measures also proposed to innovate new infrastructure investment and financing models, encourage and guide private capital to increase investment in new infrastructure such as 5G base stations, Internet of Things, intelligent transportation, smart energy, digital villages, and smart agriculture. At the same time, support the use of new technologies, products, and new models such as "5G+" and artificial intelligence in Ningbo first, and provide financial support for application scenario demonstration projects at 30% of the total investment, with a maximum of no more than 10 million yuan.
