It is understood that Yinghe Technology has invested 67.4067 million yuan in research and development, and has added 8 invention patents, 23 utility model patents, and 7 software copyrights. As of the end of the reporting period, the company had 655 R&D technicians, accounting for 23.01% of the company's total employees.
In addition, Yinghe Technology launched the industry-leading 1600mm wide-width coating machine, which can provide higher oven heating efficiency, adapt to the function of splicing with larger roll diameters, and the newly added automatic threading device can save 30-50% of manual threading time; the new double-station high-speed stacking machine launched during the period has an average efficiency of 0.25s/piece per machine. Compared with the current mainstream stacking equipment in the industry, the overall production efficiency of this equipment has increased by about 35%, and through servo tension compensation and stacking alignment online monitoring and other technologies, while achieving efficiency breakthroughs, it also ensures the stability of battery production and battery cell quality. The above equipment innovations have effectively improved the production efficiency of lithium batteries and reduced battery production costs, and have been highly recognized by first-class customers in the industry.
The interim report disclosed that Yinghe Technology plans to issue no more than 88,378,258 shares to its controlling shareholder Shanghai Electric in a private placement. The total amount of funds raised of RMB 200 million has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. After deducting the issuance costs, all funds will be used to supplement working capital. Yinghe Technology has actively carried out business docking with Shanghai Electric. So far, relying on Shanghai Electric's strategic advantages in the fields of new energy and automation, the company has begun to expand in related fields.
