Three-phase watt-hour meter transformer wiring
[Copy link]
The wiring schematic diagram of the three-phase four-wire active energy meter with current transformer, current meter and voltage transformer:
The three transformers S1 are connected to meters 1, 4 and 7 respectively. S2 is connected to meters 3, 6 and 9 and grounded. The 2, 5 and 8 terminals of the meter are connected to the upper end of the three-phase ABC of the power supply, and the 10th terminal of the meter is connected to the neutral line.
Wiring points:
1. Do not connect the wrong phases, that is, the A-phase current must be connected in a group with the A-phase voltage, and the same goes for B and C; 2. The beginning and end of the current line cannot be connected incorrectly.
Three-phase watt-hour meter transformer wiring
Three transformers are installed on the load side of the circuit breaker, and the three-phase live wire passes through the transformer. The wiring of the transformer and the watt-hour meter is as follows: 1, 4, 7 are current input lines, connected to the S1 of the transformer A, B, C phases in turn. 3, 6, 9 are current output lines, connected to the S2 of the transformer A, B, C phases in turn. 2, 5, 8 are voltage wiring, connected to the A, B, C phases in turn. Terminal 10 is connected to the neutral line.
There is a wiring diagram on the meter cover. Among them: 1, 4, 7 are connected to the secondary side of the current transformer of the corresponding phase.
S1 terminal, that is, the current input terminal; 3, 6, 9 are connected to the secondary side S2 terminal of the current transformer of the corresponding phase, that is, the current output terminal; 2, 5, 8 are respectively connected to the three-phase power supply of the corresponding phase; 10 and 11 are connected to the zero terminal. And the S2 terminals of the current transformers are connected together and then grounded. The current measurement sampling of each current transformer must be in phase with its voltage sampling, that is: 1, 2, 3 as a group; (Phase A) 4, 5, 6 as a group; (Phase B) 7, 8, 9 as a group. (Phase C)
