       As usual, Huawei will release the Mate 40 series flagship in the second half of the year. Before releasing the Mate series flagship, Huawei will first announce the new generation of flagship processors.

  On August 7, whistleblower @RODENT950 revealed that Kirin's next-generation flagship chip will be named Kirin 1000, and it will be officially released on September 5.

  According to the data, Kirin 990 was released in Berlin, Germany on September 6. It is speculated that Kirin 1000 may debut on September 5.

  According to the disclosed information, Kirin 1000 is built based on a 5nm process and may adopt the Cortex A78 architecture. Its performance will be greatly improved compared to Kirin 990.
