On July 1, blogger @数码闲聊站 revealed that the Redmi MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ model uses a 120Hz OLED screen, and it is a pop-up full-screen form factor.
This will be Redmi's first 120Hz OLED pop-up full-screen phone. Previously, the Redmi K30 series used a 120Hz LCD high refresh rate display, and OLED screen phones were all 60Hz (Redmi K30 Pro, Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, etc.).
Not only that, the Redmi MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ model uses a pop-up full screen, which is Redmi’s second pop-up screen mobile phone in 2020.
It should be noted that this is the Redmi engineering machine plan, and whether there will be any changes to the mass-produced machine remains to be confirmed. @数码闲聊站 broke the news that this phone will be released soon, suggesting that it may be available in July.
The specific name of the Redmi MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ is still uncertain, it may be named Redmi K40.
Currently, a new Xiaomi phone with model number M2006J10C has obtained network access permission. It is rumored that this new Xiaomi phone is the Redmi MediaTek Dimensity 1000+. The charger model it is equipped with is MDY-11-EX, which is the same adapter as the Redmi K30 Pro and supports 33W fast charging.
