On July 28, 2019, Hangzhou Oxygen Co., Ltd. announced that the company had signed an "Industrial Gas Supply Contract" with Xin'en (Qingdao) Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingdao Xin'en"). The contract stipulates that Qingdao Xin'en will cooperate with the company. The company, as the investment, construction and operation unit of the 20,000m3/h pure nitrogen air separation unit, will provide high-purity nitrogen, general nitrogen, high-purity oxygen, high-purity argon, high-purity hydrogen, high-purity helium, high-pressure compressed dry air, compressed dry air, instrument air and other gas products to the Qingdao Xin'en integrated circuit project in stages from the gas supply date agreed by both parties.
To this end, Hangzhou Oxygen Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the establishment of a holding subsidiary, Qingdao Hangzhou Oxygen Electronic Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qingdao Hangzhou Oxygen"), and Qingdao Hangzhou Oxygen will implement the project.
According to Hangzhou Oxygen Co., Ltd. at the time, this project was the company's first gas supply project serving the electronics industry. It was a major breakthrough for the company's gas business to enter the semiconductor industry. It fully demonstrated the company's influence in the field of industrial gases. It also marked that the company's industrial gas business is gradually moving towards diversification and high-end directions, which will help the company further enhance its competitive advantage in the industrial gas industry.
