From the information released by the World Intellectual Property Organization, we can see that the first design is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip currently on sale. The camera module is arranged horizontally, the flash is slightly moved to the right, but the area of the secondary display is reduced, and the overall change is not very obvious. The second design is quite different from the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip on sale. The camera module is arranged vertically, the flash is moved to the left, and the secondary display is larger.

In addition, the design patent does not show the specific parameters of the new lens. It is reported that the new lens may be a zoom lens. Currently, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip on sale is equipped with two 12-megapixel lenses with good imaging performance. If a zoom lens is added, it is believed that it will be more attractive to consumers.
In other aspects, there are reports that the new version of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip may debut together with the next generation of the S20 series.
