The Bip Lite 1S uses a transflective color display. The reflective screen can reflect strong outdoor light, so it is completely fine for outdoor use. Of course, it also has disadvantages, that is, the resolution is not high, and the screen area is small. BioTracker PPG is just hardware, and it is also equipped with the huami-PAITM evaluation system. The name is a Huami product, and it is the "brain" of Huami smartwatch products. Based on the data obtained by BioTracker PPG, combined with the wearer's daily activity intensity and personal physiological data, a multi-dimensional dynamic comprehensive evaluation can be analyzed. Daily activities or sports that cause changes in heart rate intervals are converted into intuitive and easy-to-read "PAI" values - Huami's health indicator measurement data, which allows users to see their sports health data at a glance.

Another popular feature is the battery life. According to official data, the battery life of the Bip Lite 1S can reach 30 days. The official claim is that it can be used for one month after a single charge. Long battery life is also a traditional skill of Huami products. Specifically for this product, because of the translucent reflective screen and Sony GPS chip, the power consumption of the two smart watches is particularly reduced. It is for this reason that the official typical usage mode has a battery life of 30 days: factory default dial, 24-hour heart rate daily monitoring mode, heart rate measurement every 30 minutes, sleep monitoring, 100 message push notifications per day, NFC card swipe 4 times, exercise once a week, run for 30 minutes with GPS turned on each time, and the default brightness is 10%.
In fact, if you don’t wear a watch to sleep and don’t turn on GPS when exercising, the time can be even longer.
In general, the Huami Mi Band 1S is a bit like the new iPhone SE. Although the appearance is plasticky and the screen is not its advantage, the chip is on par with the flagship and it has all the functions.
