On February 19, North Huachuang responded to investors' questions on an interactive platform and stated that the current epidemic has affected the company's new orders in the first quarter, and the extent of the impact on the company's full-year revenue will depend on how the epidemic continues.
North Huachuang said that the company is gradually resuming production according to the urgency of customer order delivery. From the upstream situation, some of the company's raw materials and parts are affected by factors such as the postponement of the resumption of work by upstream suppliers and logistics obstruction, and there are short-term delays in the supply; from the downstream point of view, the expansion and construction of production lines of the company's customers, especially those in areas with severe epidemics, will be delayed in the short term. At present, the epidemic has affected the company's new orders in the first quarter, and the extent of the impact on the full-year revenue depends on the continuation of the epidemic.
Previously, a senior executive of North Huachuang told Jiwei.com that the company has fully resumed work since February 10. After a long Spring Festival holiday, many equipment manufacturers have disrupted their original production plans, and the problem of order delivery has troubled most equipment manufacturers. The company is currently gradually resuming production according to the urgency of customer orders.
North Huachuang also pointed out that since the supply cycle of semiconductor equipment companies is relatively long, the orders that the company is now arranging for production are basically the orders received previously. The situation of new orders in 2020 mainly depends on the development of the epidemic.
