Jiwei.com reported that according to the Shanghai Securities News, China Mobile's centralized procurement of 5G Phase I wireless engineering design and feasibility study services in 2019 has started. This is the first round of 5G centralized procurement plan in my country after the issuance of 5G licenses.
According to China Mobile, the estimated engineering fee 1 (design fee pricing base) for the 5G Phase I wireless engineering design and feasibility study services in 2019 is 19.2578 billion yuan (excluding tax); the estimated engineering fee 2 (feasibility study pricing base) is 19.2578 billion yuan (excluding tax); the estimated survey fee (no discount) is 200.5 million yuan (excluding tax). The above-mentioned related services total 38.7161 billion yuan.
Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially issued four 5G licenses to China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Broadcasting Corporation, which means that China has officially entered the 5G era. With the issuance of licenses, the 5G of the entire industry will move from the trial stage to formal commercial use. The trial commercial stage is more about verifying the consistency and operability of the system, which is more technical; while in the formal commercial stage, more application terminals will join, and more 5G applications will be developed, gradually shifting from the industrial technology level to the application level.
