Although the VR virtual reality craze seems to be in a downturn, there are still manufacturers who are deeply engaged in this category of business. Recently, iQiyi released the Qiyu 2S VR all-in-one machine in Beijing, with the initial reservation price of 1,999 yuan. Previously, iQiyi also launched three generations of 4K VR all-in-one products, which have also been well received on well-known e-commerce platforms.
In terms of product features, the Qiyu 2S VR all-in-one uses a Real RGB 4K high-definition screen, which has higher brightness, wider color gamut, more delicate images, and can effectively eliminate the graininess of the image. The Qiyu 2S also uses an aspherical lens without stray light to ensure clarity of the entire field of view.
In terms of configuration, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip and Dolby DTS dual decoding sound effects ensure that the iQiyi Qiyu 2S VR all-in-one can maintain high-quality output in terms of sound and picture. It is worth mentioning that in order to solve the old problem of wearing comfort, the Qiyu 2S VR all-in-one uses a rear-mounted battery design, which can better fit the head contour and more evenly distribute the force from front to back. The official claims that you will not feel tired even if you wear it for two hours.
Anti-vertigo is also an old problem in the VR industry. This time, the Qiyu 2S has achieved a screen refresh rate of 70HZ, and at the same time optimized the ATW anti-distortion and anti-dispersion core algorithms from head movement to image on the screen. While ensuring a 110-degree FOV, it adopts an asymmetric optical design and adds an adaptive IPD adjustment mechanism to successfully optimize the dizziness problem.
After the VR craze faded, the manufacturers who are still working hard are definitely not just joining in the fun. More importantly, the manufacturers who are still insisting on VR are building and planning for the future of VR, hoping that the VR field will have more extensive uses and more mature experience technology in the future development.
